K2 InfraGen Appoints Sanjay Gupta as Senior Vice President

Gurugram (Haryana) [India], 11th June, 2026: K2 InfraGen Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Gupta as Senior Vice President, effective June 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2026, and disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
With over 38 years of experience across Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D), and Railway Infrastructure, Mr. Gupta brings deep sectoral knowledge, project execution expertise and leadership experience to his new role. His appointment is expected to further strengthen K2 InfraGenโs leadership depth as the company continues to focus on infrastructure development, operational efficiency and execution-led growth.
Mr. Gupta has previously served the RPG Group for nearly 29 years, most recently as Vice President at KEC International Ltd. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale business portfolios and played a key role in delivering complex national infrastructure projects across power and railway infrastructure segments.
Known for his ability to manage large cross-functional teams and drive sustainable profitability, Mr. Gupta has built a strong track record in business leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination and operational excellence. His experience across high-value EPC and infrastructure projects will support K2 InfraGenโs efforts to strengthen its capabilities in project execution and business expansion.
